Casual Administrator
Hours: Based on the needs of the service, the Casual Administrator may be asked to support during Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
Salary: £14.63 per hour.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
To provide administrative support within the Management Support Team (MST) (Administration section) as and when required and as directed by the Team Manager, Management Support (TMMS).
Meeting administration inclusive of minuting and transcribing:
- Attend, note take and transcribe minutes of numerous meetings inclusive of personnel meetings and young people meetings (note taking is by hand or on occasion via audio/recording tools)
Archiving support:
- Archiving young people’s documentation in line with GDPR principles
- Maintaining other archiving systems in line with GDPR principles
Subject Access request support:
- Retrieval and preparation of subject access requests
General administration support as required:
- Personnel filing and scanning
- Ensure outgoing mail procedures are followed accurately and timeously, when required
- Use and maintenance of all office machinery as required, including photocopier/scanner, laminator, binder etc.
- Any other administrative tasks as directed by TMMS
